1. About these website terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of dentris.app and its demo booking links. Dentris provides practice growth services for dental professionals. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

These are website-use terms. A paid growth partnership requires a separate agreement setting out the scope, responsibilities, fees and commercial commitments. Booking a demo does not create that agreement or authorize a charge.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the website and use its information to evaluate a potential business relationship with Dentris. Information submitted through a booking or inquiry must be accurate, and you must have authority to share it.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, bypass security controls or use the website for unlawful or misleading activity. Do not submit patient records or sensitive health information through the website.

3. Demo calls and external services

Demo appointments are arranged through Calendly and depend on available times. You are responsible for checking the time zone and contact details in your booking confirmation. Follow the confirmation links if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Calendly and other linked services are operated by third parties and may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Dentris does not control their availability, interfaces or security practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how the booking service is used on this website.

4. Partnership commitments

The website describes Dentris’s approach to Invisalign consultation growth, including its published consultation commitment. A growth partnership is implemented under a written agreement, which sets out qualification criteria, consultation attendance verification, measurement periods, responsibilities and how any refund is calculated.

Those details are explained during the demo process and confirmed before a practice enters an engagement. These website terms do not remove or override an express consultation or refund commitment made in the applicable partnership agreement. The website does not promise that every consultation will result in a treatment case or a particular financial return.

5. Clinical responsibility and trademarks

Dentris provides practice growth services. It does not diagnose conditions, determine patient suitability, provide dental treatment or replace clinical judgment. Dental practices retain responsibility for consultations, treatment recommendations, patient consent and care.

Invisalign is a trademark of Align Technology, Inc. References to Invisalign describe the practices and services Dentris supports; they do not imply that Dentris is part of, endorsed by or affiliated with Align Technology. Clear-aligner imagery on this website is illustrative.

6. Website content and intellectual property

The Dentris name, supplied brand artwork, website copy and design are owned by Dentris or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. You may view the content and retain reasonable copies for internal evaluation of our services.

Other than as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not resell, republish or present the website’s content or brand as your own. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and information

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content and availability may change. The website may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Information is provided to introduce our services and is not a substitute for the written agreement relevant to your practice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide additional implied warranties about uninterrupted access or suitability of the website for a particular purpose. This does not limit express commitments in a separate agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for how you use website information and for your device, connection and account security when using external services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dentris is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or restricts mandatory rights that apply to you. Any service-specific allocation of responsibility belongs in the separate partnership agreement.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms as our site changes. The revision date appears at the top of this page. An update to website terms does not retrospectively change a separately signed service agreement.

If part of these terms is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. Please contact us about a concern so we can work toward a resolution.
